    The room was extremely spacious with 2 queen beds, a good view, great views, at least for me. I loved the comfortable decor of the room. Location: the hotel was right by shopping area as well as mall. Apart from that, San Jorge Botanical Garden was 15 minutes away by driving.

    Comfortable room, peaceful atmosphere, with a rooftop pool where I enjoyed relaxing while having a snack from the poolside bar and free Wi-Fi that kept me connected .

    Great stay, but be careful!

    They demanded copies of my ID and didn't explain why. The room was pretty clean, though I spotted some stains. Breakfast service was on point! The pool area was a nice chill spot to relax and unwind.

    The staff made all the difference

    The hotel staff were pretty good , ensuring that all my needs were met. The spacious room provided a wonderful retreat after a long day.

    Recommend it for families seeking comfort

    The staff was friendly always with a smile and offered to help with our bags as soon as we arrived. The pool area was nice and my kids loved it they had a great time splashing around.

    It was a bit pricey but still acceptable for the quality.

    We had a fantastic group trip! The sightseeing trips to the waterfall and historic museum were highlights. The staff was friendly, and the pool area was great. Plan your days, as the city has a lot to offer, especially food spots nearby. Highly recommend for a fun getaway with pals!

    Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, making it hard to stay connected.
